choose to assign others to receive email alerts.

Install the battery-operated device near a water heater, 
washing machine, sink, or sump pump; then, the Resideo 
App guides you in connecting to your home WiFi. No hub or 
base is required.
• Versatile
Use the L1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector as a 
standalone product or as part of a comprehensive water 
management solution. Your leak detector can be paired 
with a Braukmann L5 WiFi Water Leak Shutoff Valve to add 
automatic shutoff functionality when a leak is detected.
• Extended reach
Includes a 5-ft cable that senses water along its entire 
length. Cover your whole home and add additional devices 
or extend the sensor cables to expand coverage 
up to 500-ft.
• Reusable
Easily reset your device after it detects a water leak. When 
your cable is completely dry, plug it back in, and it’s ready to 
use again.
